The Warren Public Library seeks to meet and anticipate the the community’s intellectual and social needs, while at the same time providing a place for the discovery and exploration of ideas. The library is a source of materials and programs that enrich the community through the promotion of reading and lifelong learning in a positive and supportive environment.(Mission statement adopted February 4, 1999)
