Notes in the Woods- What an Evening!

Friday, July 14th, 2006

Warren Woods was a spectacular background to a wonderful evening of music and relaxation.

Thank you to all who put in talent, time and effort to a very successful event.

The evening started with the Offbeats: Evelyn Williams, Nora Hulton, Virginia Small, Dave Reynolds, Pat Fraley, Diane Kinkade and Fumio Taniguchi. Their drumbeats and percussion got the evening off to a lively start. Aaron Kaufman played his wonderfully, breezy, beautiful style. Bruce Wheeler played some old and new favorites with his most adept guitar playing. The evening sun set with Bill Lauf’s music, lyrics and voice dancing down on all the concert attendees. All played with the fantastic sound set up by Marty Carlson.

Kids, and dogs, and picnics and good weather - What a great evening. Thanks to all who attended, worked and performed to support the library.
