This summer at Warren Public Library

This summer the library will be opening a few extra hours a week in order to have more consistent library hours. As of July 1 we will be opening every day at 10:00 am and close Thursday and Friday at 5:00 pm. Tuesday we will be open until 7 pm and Saturday until 1:00 pm.

The children’s summer reading program, “Get a Clue” kicks off June 26th and will continue through August 7th. Lots of fun things to do are planned from working in code to fingerprinting , microhiking at Warren Woods, creating Warren’s own letter box to a visit from a real detective. The summer fun will include a search for Ike LaRue the detective dog. All this while doing lots of great summer reading. Come and sign up at the library June 26th.

We also have gotten in some great reading for the summer. So take the time to read a book. It is cool comfort on a hot summer day!
