The Town of Warren Registrar of Voters and the Warren Prime Timers invite you to a public demonstration of the new voting technology at the Warren Town Hall on Wednesday March 28 at 2:00 PM. The Sec of State, Suasn Bysiewicz, will be on hand to demonstrate the machine and answer any questions. If you have any questions you can call Kathy Angevine at 868-7226 or Ruth Schnell at 868-7865.
Six members of the Warren Church youth group will be traveling to the Dominican Republic this June to construct homes in the poor country area near the North Shore of the island. We will also get a chance to interact with local children of the rural villages and change their lives by providing much needed shelter.After our life-changing trip to New Orleans last summer we are extremely excited to have another chance to help people in need. The cost for each person going is $1400 and we need and appreciate any help. We will be hosting fundraisers to raise money for the trip, selling lunch in the Parish Hall after church on March 4, April 1, and April 29.
