Applications: The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the merger of lot number 12 in the Sunset Lake Road subdivision with an adjacent 2.56 acre parcel of land for the purpose of making lot 12 a buildable lot.
ZEO Permits for June and July were approved. They included:
Corrine and Jason Fletcher for a singer family dwelling on Reverie Lane;
Jason and Jennifer King for a deck at 13 Hopkins Road (subject to a determination of when the lot was subdivided.)
Darryl Lundberg and Kristien McGrath for a portable shed on Birch Drive;
Anne Marie Morris for a dock at 18 Arrowpoint Road;
Gerald Bentley for a portable shed at 44 Kent Road
Northland Custom Homes for a porch and stairs at 84 Reed Road;
Philip Good for a house on 155 Kent Road;
Northland Custom Homes for a house at 157 Kent Road;
Northland Custom Homes for a house at 159 Kent Road.
Ed Berner for two dormers at 6 North Shore Road;
John Griner, III for a detached two car garage at 41 Arrowpoint Road;
Jane Lindley for a raised roof and renovation of garage into a barn at 87 Above All Road.
Scott Associates letter: Jim. Scott is going to revise his Lakeview subdivision to come into compliance with regulations.
Report of the ZEO: The commission considered the report of Michael E. Ajello, ZEO. In the report Mr. Ajello noted the development pressures that continue on Warren’s available land parcels, noting ten specific areas of interest. He noted that a number of residents have been bringing their accessory structures into compliance with the regulations.
Prior to the meeting a group of residents approached Chairman, Wayne Wilson with concerns about the rapid development in town. He indicated that he would speak with the rest of the commission about discussing their concerns at a future meeting.
