The minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

A proposal to enact the winter parking ban was approved. There is to be no overnight parking on town roads.

There is a proposal from MCM (Message Center Management ) to install a cell tower on Laural Mt. Road. MCM is private company that  puts up towers and rents them to providers. The tower would be on town land and the town would get 35% of the revevues. This proposal will be on the agenda of the next town meeting.

A selectman has been invited by region 6 board education to attend a meeting to discuss an agricultural storage shed. Cal Tanner has agreed to attend.

SBC has offered to sell to the town for $1.00 their antenna and equipment on Above All Road. It would be in the town’s interest to move the transmitter for the Fire Dept. and town crew to this site. This provides emergency radios for fire and highway department.
SBC would retain the right to use this antenna if need be. This was approved.

A request for donations by two non- profit organizations that assist town residents was made. It was approved to send $750 to the Senior Chore Service  and $500 to the Susan B. Anthony Fund .
